Need a Transcript:
Mail your
request to: Counseling Center, Cabot High School, 401 N.
Lincoln, Cabot, AR 72023. Include $1.00 and a
SASE. Be sure to include your name (including
maiden name), and year of graduation.

Need a Diploma: You
must provide your year of graduation and official name
at the time of graduation. We will research to
confirm your graduation, and will order a new diploma,
but ONLY after payment is received. Fees are as
follows: $21.43 without a cover; $28.39 with a
cover. It will take 4 - 6 weeks to receive your
duplicate diploma.
